Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at TET Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service. 

Refund Policy

All services and products at the salon are non-refundable, however, we will offer a corrective service in the case you are not satisfied. Corrective services must be booked within 24-hours of the initial service appointment.  

Online Booking

In order to serve our clients better, all appointments MUST be made through our online booking system. All appointments made via phone will be charged an additional fee  at the time of service. If you need help booking, our team is available to teach you walk you through the process. 

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to respect the time of our clients and stylists, TET Salon requests a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This gives us enough time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without 24-hour notice will be charged 50%-100% for their appointments. We understand that life happens and will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency. 

Right to Refuse Service

TET Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.

No Show

In order to respect our clients and stylists’ time, if an appointment is no-show you will be subject to a ful amount of service  no-show fee.

Cancellation fee

If you don’t cancel 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service. 

Methods of Payment

TET Salon accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Cash.  No checks, please.
